We just flew in from Cloud Connect and boy, are our arms are tired!
What a great show! It was fun to be a part of the inaugural Cloud Connect Chicago — we’ve always loved the Santa Clara show, and Chicago’s event did not disappoint. We got to meet lots of fellow cloud professionals, and had many interesting conversations about cloud and our Nexenta ZFS open storage offerings — they’re a perfect fit for almost any cloud deployment.
Our Chicago-area reseller, Black Diamond Technologies, was there with us, too! Black Diamond has experience deploying our Storage Director Nexenta products, and having them join us at Cloud Connect really helped provide a complete deployment package for our current and future customers in the region.
And on top of all the Cloud Connect excitement, Forbes is talking about us!
Forbes contributor Tom Coughlin summarized many of the exciting announcements at VMworld and we made the cut: “Pogo Storage announced their VMware certified StorageDirector powered by NexentaVSA as an all-in-one VDI (virtual desktop interface) plus SAN storage appliance.”
It’s great to be recognized by Forbes, among other top players in the storage market, at a show like VMworld. As always, here at Pogo it’s onward and upward!
